Sermons

The Apostle Paul wrote to his apprentice, Timothy, saying: “Preach the word; be prepared in season and out of season,” (2 Timothy 4:2). Song-writer Steve Camp paraphrased this as “Preach the word when it’s convenient; preach the word when it’s not.”

Over recent years, our circumstances have been far from convenient – the coronavirus outbreak meaning we couldn’t meet together – but it is the duty of Christian pastors to go on preaching the word, and to the benefit of all people that they hear the word preached.

Therefore, we have created this page to make the Sunday sermon accessible to everyone, even if they can’t physically get to one of our church services. The same recording is also available by phone (for those who do not have internet access) – simply call 01279 967111 to hear the recording (normal rate call charges apply – which, for many people today, will be nothing). A larger sermon archive is available on the individual church websites.

May God speak to your heart as you listen.
